DC Metro Church

Our vision is to see youth encounter God and impact their world for Christ. We aim to do that by creating fun and engaging environments where youth can encounter God, grow in their relationship with Christ, develop God-first friendships, and impact their generation for Christ through service. DC Youth is a place where teenagers can encounter God and build God-first friendships with other teens in the church. We meet weekly on Sundays at our Alexandria location at 12:30pm and 5:30pm in the multi-purpose room.

DC Youth is a place where students begin lifelong friendships. DC Youth is a combination of Ignite (middle school) and Elevate (high school).

We Embrace Everyone- No matter your background or who you are, you are welcome in DC Youth.

We Encounter Jesus- Our Lord and Savior gave up everything so that we might live in relationship with Him. DC Youth focuses heavily on encountering the One who gave it all for us.

We Equip Students- Our hope is that all youth feel equipped to do ministry in their environments. 

We Empower Students- The Word is not simply meant to be taught. God intended for us to live it out in our daily lives. In DC Youth, you will be encouraged to live a life of freedom and have opportunities to lead the youth around you.

You Engage Your Calling- Our hope is that all youth will begin living out the lives Jesus has called them. DC Youth will help you to start acting on the specific calling God has given you.

Who - 6th - 12th Grade Students

When & Where - Sunday at 12:30pm & 5:30pm in Alexandria; Sunday at 10:45am in Fairfax

Where - Alexandria Campus: Multi-purpose room in the back wing. Fairfax Campus: Multi-purpose room upstairs.
