Beyond what happens in our personal lives and church experiences, sharing the love of Jesus means bringing help and hope to people in need. By partnering with community organizations and local churches, Tithes and Offerings provide discipleship, Biblical guidance, crisis relief, and outreach.

When Jesus changes a life dramatically, people take note. When it happens to person after person in a community, a movement of God takes place. “Thrive” Offerings provide fertile ground for this kind of growth through new locations, new experiences, and new facilities. It's not about the tools we use, but about bringing Jesus into people's everyday lives.

In addition to giving your time and talent through serving, you have several options when you're deciding how to give financially to God through DC Metro Church:

  1. Cash (currency, checks, as well as online giving by credit cards and bank account payments). See if your employer will match your contributions below!
  2. Marketable Securities- transfer ownership of stocks, bonds or mutual funds.
  3. Personal and Real Property- The best way to capture the value of appreciated property and get a tax-deduction at the same time, donate jewelry, fine art, cars, boats or even real estate.
  4. Planned Gifts- A great estate planning tool, name DC Metro as a beneficiary of your Term or Permanent Life Insurance Policy, retirement accounts, Will, or various types of Trusts.
